But that’s the point even though I’ve had a couple of hard days and don’t feel I have the energy to do anything. I have committed to write a blog post everyday.
So here it is and it may not be the best but it’s done.
The great thing about making a commitment to yourself is if you don’t follow through the only person your letting down is you.
So if you can do something even when you don’t feel it or would rather stay in bed then use the 5 second rule (see Mel robbins).
It’s amazing what you can achieve when you use this rule and it’s so simple anyone can do it.
Ok so that’s it for today go out and achieve great things because I know you can.
